Our in-house developed dual-sided, dual-slope carports feature a robust structure made of thickened hot-dip galvanized C-section steel. They utilize an integrated layout for double-row parking with PV modules installed simultaneously on both sides, maximizing space efficiency. The design includes an integrated drainage and waterproofing system and supports modular, weld-free, rapid installation. With a factory inventory of over 10,000 tons, we offer customizable overall spans tailored to specific site dimensions and parking layouts.

This dual-sided, interconnected PV carport is manufactured in-house by Guojian (Tianjin) Steel. It utilizes integrally formed, thickened hot-dip galvanized C-section steel (meeting national standards) and is specifically designed for large-scale, multi-row PV carport projects. It effectively addresses issues common to traditional single-row carports—such as excessive material usage, high costs, low land utilization, and disorganized layouts—while offering higher power generation and superior drainage thanks to its dual-slope, dual-sided structure. With our own fully automated production lines and ample stock, we support both bulk orders and custom specifications. The modular, weld-free design ensures rapid installation. 1. Integrated Structure: Features a dual-sided, dual-slope design where a single main structure covers two rows of parking spaces. This reduces the number of support columns and saves on steel compared to single-row carports. The layout is neat and compact, maximizing limited land use, while PV modules can be installed on both roof slopes to boost total power generation capacity.

2. Long-lasting Corrosion Resistance: Main beams, purlins, and columns are all made from thickened hot-dip galvanized C-section steel (meeting national standards); a Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium coating option is also available. These materials resist corrosion from rain, dust, and humidity, offering a design lifespan of ≥25 years. This reduces long-term maintenance and refurbishment costs, making the system ideal for long-term outdoor use in factory complexes and logistics parks.

3. Waterproofing and Leak Prevention: The dual-slope design incorporates integrated drainage channels on both sides, paired with waterproof sealing gaskets. Rainwater is diverted to the sides, preventing pooling on the roof and eliminating leaks that could rust the structure or damage parked vehicles. The drainage system is integrally formed with the carport structure, requiring no additional retrofitting.


4. Short Construction Cycle: All components are prefabricated in the factory and utilize standardized connectors. No on-site welding is required; assembly is achieved simply by bolting parts together. This reduces costs associated with welding consumables and labor, simplifies assembly, and enables rapid deployment for large-scale parking lot projects.

5. Wind and Snow Resistant, Safe, and Stable: Through structural mechanics analysis, the integrated load-bearing structure has been optimized to distribute wind and snow loads effectively. The Back-to-Back Connected Solar Carport offers superior resistance to wind pressure and snow loads, along with enhanced structural rigidity, ensuring stability and resistance to deformation or swaying during severe storms—fully meeting safety standards for industrial and commercial projects.

6. Suitable for Diverse Projects: The mounting system is compatible with various monocrystalline and polycrystalline PV modules and supports both landscape and portrait orientations.
